Effective Teaching and Enjoyable Atmosphere

I came to Japan from America on a 2 year course which I graduated in March 2017.

It was hard at first as none of the teachers speak English and I was reliant on the office staff for support and they were all so helpful. Ben was the English speaking support manager and he helped me find a part time job, get settled and I even did a couple of private classes with him (for free) when I fell behind.

The teachers were insightful and knowledgeable so they could accurately help me with my studies and preparation for my career. My goal was to learn Japanese to N3 or higher and find a job in a Japanese company.
I achieved JLPT N2 and managed to get a job with Toshiba as a digital media assistant (entry level) of which after 6 months I now am a Digital Media Editor with a full contract.

The teachers and office staff helped me prepare for working in Japan, focusing on business Japanese and other important things like culture and behavior in the office.

Ben came with me to my interview with them and acted as my reference and supporter.

Thank you to everyone at Shinwa Foreign Language Academy for guiding and helping me!
