About Program
The 60/40 is offering a Gap Year program for individuals who wish to take time out and work with inner-city young people in one of Londons most deprived boroughs for Young People to live in. Our project is focused on the holistic wellbeing of young people and their families.
We are seeking individuals eager to gain practical experience working with Young People, who are teachable, willing to learn and be stretched.
If you're passionate about influencing the community in which you are situated, would love to live and work in London and are sensitive to Christianity this program is for you!
We are offering:
- Experience and exposure working with young people in a variety of settings
- Excellent training in practical evangelism from the skilled team at London City Mission
- Scope to dream, design and develop initiatives for young people
- Leadership training from seasoned individuals with a breadth of expertise
- Accommodation
- Mentoring from the experienced Ascension Trust team
