What is your favorite travel memory?

My most unforgettable trip was 5 years ago on a coffee farm tour in Yunan. The farmer took us to see their coffee trees, we got the opportunity to learn about all of the methods for processing green beans, and really enjoyed the distinctive intense flavor of local coffee. We learned a lot from this trip and the beauty of the scenery left us all in awe.

How have you changed/grown since working for your current company?

My way of thinking has completely changed since I took this job; I have learned how to deal with things in a more rational fashion, and eventually learned to manage and channel them into conscious action. This has translated into being able to help aupairs and host families improve their ability to manage emotions, as well as coordinate the personal relationships between them.

What is the best story you've heard from a return student?

A story from a friend of mine who once studied abroad really impressed me. Her landlord was a very friendly lady who helped her a lot during her time in Boston. Learning about her kindness moved me from the bottom of my heart.

If you could go on any program that your company offers, which one would you choose and why?

I would enjoy any program regarding continued training or study.

What makes your company unique? When were you especially proud of your team?

We are a vibrant team made up of a number of young people who are full of energy, passion, and creativity. Our team members have the courage to make commitments to create a new and different future. Our team leader is a gentleman with courage and determination who leads our team toward achieving our goals.

What do you believe to be the biggest factor in being a successful company?

A skilled, educated workforce is the most critical element in being a successful company, also an organization with effective managers will likely be successful.
