I arrived to Dar Es Salaam in Tanzania by ship with 50 other students on my team. The kindness and hospitality the Tanzanians showed me was overwhelming and I have loved Africa ever since.

I have learned how to market without a lot of money and have improved my knowledge about Global Warming and Climate Change.
If you could go on any program that your company offers, which one would you choose and why?
The Fighting With the Poor program because it gives you an extensive knowledge of the world and what the causes of poverty are.
What makes your company unique? When were you especially proud of your team?
We have decided to take up the big challenge of making a small island nation ready for Climate Change with the Vincentian population - that is so big to comprehend that we need to stick together to do it!
What do you believe to be the biggest factor in being a successful company?
You need to challenge yourself over your capacity - constantly - and you need to have a big vision to make a community thrive.
