Tell us about yourself, Alex.

I have been working for EA Ski and Snowboard for 2 years based out of their Queenstown office. I'm all the way from England, have a passion for skiing and love helping people into their dream jobs.

What is your favorite travel memory?

Any day, on any mountain, with blue skies and deep pow!

How have you changed/grown since working for your current company?

Each day I get to talk to different people from all over the world and learn about where they're from and all their hopes and dreams as far as skiing and snowboarding are concerned. Each day I learn things and my bucket-list is getting longer and longer!

What is the best story you've heard from a return student?

I had the pleasure of going heli-skiing with a group of our interns that came to Queenstown last year. Little did I know that a romance brewed between an intern and the heli-ski guide. When she returned to teach in Queenstown this year it turned out she got to do some free heli-skiing in Canada in the Northern Hemisphere winter!

If you could go on any program that your company offers, which one would you choose and why?

I'd be going on our brand new Niseko program -- 16 meters of snow on average and an awesome nightlife to boot. Holla at me if you want to hear more!

What makes your company unique? When were you especially proud of your team?

We are the original ski and snowboard internship providers with the largest selection of courses, except no imitations!

My team make me proud everyday as we send people all over the planet for the winter of a lifetime.

They'll agree that we change their lives and this just makes us even more passionate.

What do you believe to be the biggest factor in being a successful company?

Fill it with people that love what they do, then they'll never have to work. It's cheesy but what's not to love about skiing and snowboarding.
