What is your favorite travel memory?

Living within Thailand and teaching English to children of all ages. their attitude towards life is just amazing. To be able to experience their lifestyle and culture, and really appreciate what you have within your life, is one of the most amazing personal attributes to have.

How have you changed/grown since working for your current company?

I have grown immensely within my interpersonal skills and professional etiquette. to be able to communicate effectively with other business professionals as serves extremely well in building a strong rapport.

If you could go on any program that your company offers, which one would you choose and why?

I would chose the Hospitality Internship Program or STIPEND. It has continuous support & guidance as per all programs; however it is a longer duration. Therefore you get the time to really obtain additional knowledge that you would not be able to grasp within a shorter period.

What makes your company unique? When were you especially proud of your team?

The fact that we genuinely care about our interns, set us aside from many companies. I personally do not tend to deal with Interns personally; however, I definitely have of late. My most 'proud moment' was when an intern had a difficult time with previous interviews (she completed her 3rd interview within our office). She was so nervous about this particular interview. Myself and a college Shayal set this interview up for her, tried to comfort her; we could hear the entire interview from the other side of the wall, and heard that she was accepted. She walked out to meet Shayal and I, and we gave her the biggest round of applause and a little cheer, and her face was full of excitement. The look on her face said it all, and I couldn't be more proud of our efforts.

What do you believe to be the biggest factor in being a successful company?

To work as a team. Communication is key. Without communication, the ship will sink. I have never been a part of a team with such effective communication before working with Australian Internships.
