What is your favorite travel memory?

I had the privilege of hiking the Camino in Spain.

Walking for 40 days from France to Santiago and covering juts over 1000 Kms with a small backpack with a few selected items was an amazing and transformational experience. I did this walk with my wife and was joined by a friend for the last 10 days into Santiago.

How have you changed/grown since working for your current company?

Warriors has always been a dream job and being part of this journey has been an incredible experience and it most certainly forced me to grow and become a much more conscious human.

Each student has been a teacher for me, constantly challenging me to move out of my own personal comfort zone. I believe that this job has made me grow as a father as well as a husband.

What is the best story you've heard from a return student?

I have so many stories to tell and it is difficult to single out any of these. One of our students completed two master's degrees after attending our gap year program and has told us that her success and work ethics were shaped during her gap year experience with us. I had the privilege to be asked by this student to officiate her marriage a few years later. I felt like a proud dad.

If you could go on any program that your company offers, which one would you choose and why?

I would most definitely suggest the full gap year program to any young adult either before, during or just after studies. This program has been developed for the last 17 years and I believe that it is one of the best investments any parent can do for their children, as it gives them an opportunity to grow their own emotional awareness and emotional maturity setting them up for all the challenges that life will inevitably throw at them.

What makes your company unique? When were you especially proud of your team?

I think that our team is made up of a diverse group of individuals, each with their own unique strengths. For me, the uniqueness in the team is that each of us has developed a strong mental attitude and each adds incredible value towards our common goals and mission.

We are all seriously passionate about the youth and about making a difference. It really is not just a job but rather more a sense of calling for each one of us.

What do you believe to be the biggest factor in being a successful company?

Working very close as a team ensuring that we always have a win-win attitude when dealing with each other, our clients as well as our service providers. Integrity and passion for what we do is the cornerstone of our success.

Working in an environment where growth is part of everyday life and has become a habit is our success recipe.
