Most of our courses at Master level are taught in English and many of the Bachelor courses as well. Even when the lecture is held in German, you can always answer the exams in English!

The vast majority of courses are taught in German. Exceptions would be noted on the course listing itself or by speaking with the professor. Hope this helps.
it depends on the admission letter. if its a scholarship you don't need to pay fees and if is self sponsor then you will have to pay.
