About Program

British Council's Kabul office, of its Afghanistan branch, opened in 1964. After closure in the 1990s, British Council reopened in 2002 to provide learning opportunities for individuals and students looking to find quality English instruction and examination services. Our center in Kabul offers EFL courses for students of all ages and ranges, as well as courses in the arts!
