About Program

For those with adventurous spirits and a passion for teaching, the Korean ESL teaching experience may be the eye-opening international opportunity you’ve been looking for.

We at KCR have all been English teachers in Korea, and realize how daunting it can be as a first timer seeking to secure a good teaching job from overseas. We began this agency to transcend the cultural and language barriers and to help make a big step -- a smooth one. We consult with, prepare and guide our applicants through the entire process. We do good work!

Our network of private language institutes offer full benefits packages including a competitive salary, free airfare, free studio accommodations, paid vacations, and contract completion bonuses. Class sizes are small (8-12 students), with each school employing several foreign teachers, working with an established curriculum and program.

Yes, I recommend this program

Very reliable company

There are many difficulties when dealing with staff at Avalon Langcon in Sanamdong. It is often very unorganized and there is a lack of communication. However, it is nice working with so many other ESL teachers who are all very welcoming, supportive, and helpful in a time of great stress. Korjob was extremely helpful in finding me a good job in South Korea. All schools have their difficulties, but Korjob was very supportive in answering my questions and making sure I felt comfortable moving to Korea.

What would you improve about this program?
It would be better to have more communication with arrival information sooner. I didn't know who would meet me at the airport or bus terminal until the day I left, and this caused me a lot of stress.
