CWY-JCM and East China Normal University have partnered to create the China-Canada Young Leaders Program. This new program provides an innovative learning opportunity for young Canadians, combining academic study and volunteer community service. While immersing yourself in Chinese culture and language, you will be able to make meaningful change and long-lasting connections by engaging with the local community.
This 17-week program aligns with Chinese university semesters from September to December. Participants will be enrolled in 13 weeks of study (including an in-country orientation week), followed by 4 weeks of community volunteer service instructing English in Western China (Chongqing or another location to be confirmed).
