About Program

Stepperiders has been working with volunteers for over 10 years now and it has been a big success. The volunteers help to do the culture bridge between the Mongolian staff and the international guests.

The volunteers' main task is to take care of the guests: welcome them at camp, provide the equipment, instruct the horse riding rules, accompany horse rides etc.
We also ask the volunteers to teach English to our staff.
When possible we send our volunteers on horse treks to assist the guide helping with the horses, setting up camp, cooking ...

During the free time the volunteers can go horse riding, hiking or simply relax in the countryside.
