About Program

Are you a vet student searching for further experience? Then come take this chance now and be part of our incredible vet program at a Namibia wildlife conservation project!

This program is designed for volunteers studying or wanting to study as veterinarians or vet nurses/technicians. The program will be overseen by a registered vet residing in Gobabis and will encompass all aspects of wildlife veterinary care and treatment should the need arise. The care of injured or sick animals will be the responsibility of the vet volunteer as primary caretaker. It is important to note that the volunteer will also partake in the wildlife program should time allow. You will be able to engage with a diverse range of animal species, from warthogs to meerkats, cheetahs and impala while being immersed in the life of a working animal sanctuary in the heart of the Kalahari.
