Thomas was a great teacher, he led by example rather than theory (well, some theory too), I have a TON of notes from things he said and did which really inspired me into seeing teaching as a creative and fun prospect.
The people on the course were lovely. Enthusiastic, non-competitive, funny, energetic. An atmosphere led by a very engaging teacher.

Doing the lesson plan at the end of a very long day is hard. People are getting tired, restless, hungry, a little grumpy, and the lesson plan is the hardest part of the day. I don't know if there's a way round this, maybe it could just be brought forward a couple of hours? Then have more active stuff after? Just a thought.
