Don Quixote Playa del Carmen

As others have said the home stay option is extremely overpriced. They say a week which for them means six nights (not seven which is an actual week). If you only need five nights they don’t refund you a night, but they also don’t pay the hosts the night! So it’s a total rip off as they pocket the extra cash. As others said the transfers are also overpriced. It’s about $5 for a local bus rather than their $70. And the main office (in Spain) has not replied to any emails since I’ve been here.

The instruction I received and the teachers in the school in Playa del carmen was excellent.

However my experience has been soured by the home stay cost vs quality/comfort of where one could stay for the same price.
