Live ya lifeeeee

Zanzibar is the most amazing island- the culture is so fun, with everyone dancing on the streets, doing flips on the beach, and singing afrobeat at the nightclubs. Intern Abroad was fun in particular because I was paired with the most amazing host family who made the best food, and I was put in the hospital to learn the culture and grow my pharmaceutical knowledge. From about 8-12 I would attend my volunteering position, I'd eat lunch at 1, and then from 2-7 I had free time to roam about Stone Town. I would for sure recommend- do this while you can and while you're young!
