Once in a life time experience adventuring in SA

I signed up to Warriors academy because I wanted to push my mental and physical limits; Warriors gave me numerous opportunities to do this over the course of the 7 weeks I was there, and provided incredible support and guidance throughout.
The values Warriors promotes are gratitude, integrity, collaboration and compassion, and I truly felt that everyone involved pushed themselves to demonstrate these every single day. This created an incredible team, with everyone encouraging and celebrating each other.
Both the facilitators, and all the MAIs were absolutely incredible; they were super encouraging and supportive, and attentive to anything we made need help with (whether it was emotional support, or fixing bikes, carrying heavy bags etc). Most importantly, they all had incredible positive attitudes towards everything, which hugely uplifted the entire team, and generally created an atmosphere of energy and enthusiasm.
The other Warriors were also hugely welcoming and generous, and made a massive effort to welcome the newbies.
This quickly made the team feel like a family, and the love and support I received from everyone quickly made me feel like a valued part of that.

Overall, Warriors provided an incredible, varied programme packed with adventure, new experiences, and huge opportunity for personal development. It’s hard to just stay for one quest, as you’ll undoubtedly want to join for the rest !
