Review

I had one of my best lifetime experiences with The Interngroup in Madrid, Spain!

*Please note I am adding another review now, even though my internship happened a few years ago already.

Everything was basically perfect. Most people were very kind and open-minded at all times, especially Lalita and Cata. They were always very helpful and seemed very concerned for the well-being of all interns.

The InternGroup always listened to all of our questions and concerns, even those that were not entirely related to the internship. Lalita, Cata and the rest of the people from The InternGroup were always concerned about us. They kept fostering the personal and professional growth of their intern, while giving them tools and advices to develop key skills.

The InternGroup also organized many fun and interesting activities and events with their interns, always finding ways to make things work overall, despite the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic, and everything that involves.

The housing providers (Vitium) also made my experience much better than I was originally expecting. The “hostal” was very well located (right in the center of Madrid), and the building was in great conditions, and at a very affordable price.

The company in which I was working as an intern (called The International Business Hub) had a lot of positive, characteristic aspects, which made it unique and distinguished it from many other places: Firstly, the managers and employees were very skilled at what they did, and were always willing to answer our questions, and help us learn in the process. Secondly, the the working environment was always very productive, and the division was divided very effectively and efficiently. Thirdly, the employees, managers, and company as a whole had well-traced short and long-term goals.

Moreover, Álvaro, Juan, Fernanda, and all of the people there seemed to be incredibly knowledgeable and smart individuals, with a tremendously great level of expertise in their industry. They were always looking for the personal and professional growth of others, even including the interns. I have a lot of respect and admiration for them, and value and appreciate everything they do.
