Its about people!

I really enjoyed my experience at Maximo Nivel.

I'm a manegement man....As a tip, I would say that they should have more endomarketing programs, so the teachers could be more friendly one to another. Social programs btw the staff, so they could have fun together and develop good relationships outside schooll.
Its nice to work with people that u enjoy stay with!!!
That would make the scene much brighter!!!

I dont think the big boss (dont remember his name, the tall thin one) its good on that. I got this feeling because when I went to talk to him, he didnt look me in the eyes.
How can a boss that dont look in peoples eyes be good to deal with people?
But still, that can improve!!!!

On the other hands, teachers and office people are great!!! REALLY GOOD PROFESSORS and very special office, that care with you and can solve your problems.

Overall, That was a great experience to me.
