How is the weekly schedule like?

How is the weekly schedule like if you were to live with a host? As in daily lifestyle with classes, weekends, and etc?

How is the weekly schedule like if you were to live with a host? As in daily lifestyle with classes, weekends, and etc?
As for the weekly schedule, I was in the language intensive program, not the language and culture program, so it may be slightly different. In addition, I was in the program in Fall of 2012, so it may very well be different now.
The weekly schedule with a host family was like this:
Japanese language class from 9 am to 12 pm on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday
Classes in the evening on different days depending on what courses you selected; Samurai history, Business culture, etc.
Wednesday was for internships, if you selected to do so. I would spend 8 hours on Wednesday at my internship site. So around 8 am till 4 pm
I would always be home in time for dinner with my host family during the week, this was highly encouraged and I loved my host mother's cooking.
Weekends were usually free to do extra studying, exploring, hanging out with friends, etc.
