I did the course in a couple of months and I finally got my certificate. I'm grateful for the support I got along the way and I'm soon starting my first teaching job in Thailand!!! All in all, I can say that some parts of the course were challenging and it took me a long time to complete them, but in the end it all made sense and it felt necessary to be able to make my own lesson plans in the future and to understand what students need from me in the classroom. I also liked the way some information was presented (graphs, illustrations, videos and diagrams). It made it visually appealing to me and much easier to remember. Thank you for all your help! It took me six weeks to complete the course because I have a full-time job so I could only carve out a few hours per week to focus on learning. The course has quite a bit of reading, videos, and additional materials. As geeky as I am I went through everything that was there and it was worth it to spend more time on these resources as they gave me a more practical outlook on teaching. I wished to see more information about getting a job abroad but in the end my tutor provided me with some guidance.

I can say that I learned a lot during the course. Not only was it comprehensive but also engaging. I really liked digital activities, mini quizzes and self-reflection assignments. The whole course, especially its core assignments, were pretty challenging but not to the point of exhaustion. When I had doubts, I could set up a video call with my tutor who was able to give me instant feedback and provided me with additional comments and tips. It made the course very personalized and it didn’t feel like I was left alone with the workload.
