French Cooking and French Pastry Special Internship Program

Gastronomicom is a Culinary Academy specialized in French cooking and French pastry teaching at one Michelin star level. Gastronomicom started back in 2005 in South of France and is now opening a second Academy in Miami, Coral Gables.

We created a special 1 year program with internship either in cooking or pastry. Students will get 3 months training in Miami, 3 months in France and 6 months internship in a one Michelin star restaurant in France. Gastronomicom collaborates exclusively with top-end Hotel-Restaurants and Restaurants in France such as the Relais-Châteaux, Leading Hotels of the World, and other Luxury Restaurants.
