Job Qualifications
- Required Qualifications: BA/BS or Master’s in English Literature, Creative Writing, Journalism, or a similar field, or in Education with a minor in English. Native or native-level fluency in English. Experience teaching adolescents.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience creating and implementing creative, engaging problem or project-based curriculum. Experience teaching using Gardner’s Multiple Intelligences theories. Some spoken/written Spanish skills.

Job Description
What We Need:
Responsibilities:
Create and implement dynamic English Literature and Writing courses in a year-round high school.
Coordinate with teaching faculty our innovative Integrated Reading and Writing Program.
Serve as an Academic Advisor for a small group of students, acting as their academic guide and advocate.
Participate in Wilderness trips throughout Costa Rica.
