About Program
Academia Tica’s second campus is situated on Costa Rica’s central Pacific coast in the lively beach town Jacó, which is renowned for its cool waves, striking surf and nocturnal scenes. Lodging, restaurants, bars and shops are located comfortably near the beach.
All of our Spanish courses follow a tropical, friendly, cultural and fun approach. Students can study from 1 day (private or crash courses) up to 48 weeks (in a comprehensive general group course). Our school offers customized programs like Surf & Spanish, Spanish & Volunteering, Spanish & Internships, Traveling Classroom Program, programs for groups, classes and activities for families and more.
The Jacó Beach campus features a nice tropical garden and both inside and outside classrooms. Students can enjoy the pool, wifi, computers for student use and bikes for rent. Students can also book all the tourism services they wish right at the school at no extra charge.

A pioneer of ecotourism, Costa Rica draws many tourists to its extensive series of national parks and other protected areas. Costa Rica began reversing deforestation in the 1990s, and they are moving towards using only renewable energy. Head to the cloud forest, relax on the beautiful beaches, or visit a coffee farm.
