If I'm not a degree holder then can I sign up for this course ?

That said, keep in mind that the internationally widely accepted minimum requirements to teach abroad are a TEFL certificate and a bachelors degree in any subject area. This is not to say, however, that teachers with less than a degree do not continue to be hired abroad, but that they will face a higher level of competition worldwide.

We also have many current students who choose to take this course before graduation. This way, they are ready to hit the ground running and begin their job search overseas immediately after they obtain their degree!
