Dream Nannies made the whole process easy and I would definitely recommend them. Whether it was helping to understand visa information or debriefing after interviews, I felt very supported each step of the way. During the interview process, Dream Nannies took time to really understand me and my preferences which led to me being placed with a great family. Once I arrived in the UK to begin work as an au pair, Tuuli was a great support and it was comforting knowing I always had someone to help me if needed.

Dream Nannies made my process from Australia to the UK to work as a live in Au Pair go very smoothly! They made sure to keep in touch every step of the way, sent detailed emails with the process for me to follow, and made sure I made it over here with everything I needed. The process to finding a family was very thorough and I felt in control of who I would be with the whole time too. The staff, especially Tuuli, made sure I was comfortable with the families I talked to, and helped me to find a family who I loved, and who loved me too. I had a very positive experience with them, and would recommend them to others!

I'm glad I went through Dream Nannies' au pair program. It was a great experience from the very beginging til the end. It was quick and proffesional and I was so lucky to match with an amazing family in such a short time. They have teammed up with the agency in London and have offered lots of great help before and after the arrival in the UK. Dream Nannie’s were very helpful in finding me a family and giving me ongoing support and resources during the process of my visa and move to the UK. They have continued to send helpful links and recourses on how to settle it, places to visit and instructions for all the behind the scenes admin that is required when you move to a new country. I would recommend this program to anyone who enjoys working with children, travel and wants to experience life on other countries. Overall a great opportunity.

I highly recommend this organisation and this experience. I have just moved to the UK from Australia using dream nanny’s and I can not fault them. They have been incredibly helpful and I was matched with an amazing family in London. They really take the time and effort to make sure you find the right people. They were quick to respond and very good at communicating, they also take you through the steps of visas and make sure you have everything you need to make the move. This agency was really helpful when going over and arriving they help with visas and giving you all the information you need before you arrive. Once you arrived at the airport they check that you arrive safely and then and that your host family was there to pick you up . This reassured me that they were going to be there throughout the whole time I was in this year and reassured me that they took safety very seriously. Whenever I had a question it was always answered quickly and I felt like they were taking the time to care about me as an undervalue.
This time away from home helps to build value able skills such as communication, haveing the ability to go out in settings that you haven't been in before and giving you the confidence to do this and meet new people, time management and managing your money.

I’ve now found a family I’d like to work with. The communication between all parties has been really efficient and thorough throughout with lots of information and helpful tips. Although I haven’t met the family yet, Dream Nannies seem to be a really good agency to set this up. I feel really prepared for going to meet the family now. I also like that they offer meet-ups and WhatsApp groups to find and socialise with other au pairs as it will be nice to find likeminded people.

Had a great experience using dream Nannie’s I would use again and recommend to my friends! Helped me from start to finish and found me a great family to work with and a great experience. Always followed up and made sure I was happy and if I needed anything further. Dream Nannies was the first and last Au Pair agency that I have and ever will work for!
Jackie and her lovely team were so helpful and accommodating with pairing myself with the right family. They were so helpful with visas and the correct checks needed to become an au pair, as well as helpful pointers and information to get ready and settle in with the new family.
