About Program
Take a step out of the classroom and immerse yourself in the life and culture of beautiful Florence as you earn university credits. Choose from an interesting range of interdisciplinary courses especially designed for a once-in-a-lifetime study abroad experience. Learn all about the Renaissance and the making of artistic geniuses like Leonardo and Michelangelo in the city’s top museums; study Italy’s rich historical past as you visit landmark sites; get a real in-depth understanding of Italian politics and its role in the European Union. Students enrolled in the NECA Semester Programs can choose up to 4-5 courses, earning 12-15 credits (it is also possible to choose a 6th course for a total of 18 credits).

All courses are taught in English except for Italian language courses.
