About Program

If you share the desire to learn, travel and have fun then you’ll love it in Asia. Through our Graduate Programme, we will give you the opportunity to teach abroad and discover a whole new world. As part of our programme, you will be placed in a role that best suits your teaching style, whether that be an education centre or school, we will find a role that is rewarding and fulfilling.

You will receive full training before you begin teaching and support is always available should you need a helping hand. Remember, teaching is a learning adventure for everyone; it is not always about your past experience but also your willingness to learn and develop new skills.

I completed the graduate programme with Experior in 2020 and it was such a great experience. I had no prior qualifications in teaching and studied a Bachelor in International Business at university, but really wanted to move abroad and live in Hong Kong - so this was the perfect option for me. I spent my year teaching at an education centre with primary aged students, and picked up on teaching very quickly! I realised too that I was getting paid well compared to other entry level teachers in HK, which is good because it's not the cheapest place in the world to live! Some highlights for me were the social events, we did a junk boat party which was really fun and they paid for it. Also, this job was a great stepping stone for me in finding another teaching job afterwards as I had experience under my belt! Overall great programme, really friendly staff and loved the experience.

I have been working with Experior for 1.5 years and I have to say my experience has been amazing. They take a very hands on and personal approach in guiding you through life in Hong Kong and your teaching career. They also organise very fun events with teachers which is a bonus! My career has also progressed and I’ve been able to take on a new teaching position with more experience under my belt, and a higher paying salary. Overall an excellent company and overseas teaching programme. Would highly recommend.

What is your advice to future travelers on this program?

Take the leap! Hong Kong has an exceptional life style that’s hard to beat anywhere else in the world. You will meet so many international people and make the best memories.
