About Program
For the cowgirl or cowboy in all of us. Stay on a family-run farm in Canada's western provinces where horses, tractors and farmland are what await you. Miles away from everything and miles away from the ordinary.
Become a member of a local farming family and help out work farmyard and household activities and live the western life. This is the program where riding on the range in the clear mountain air reminds you of what's important; far away from mobile phones, discos and the thrum of everyday life you and see what life used to be like, and still is, for some folks.
If you want to ride, you will need some experience or be willing to stay for quite a while to learn.
