About Program
We are looking for volunteers with sports experience to mentor children aged 6-13 in various activities at TCM. As a volunteer, you'll assist in Physical Education for Grades R-3 (two hours per grade per week) and oversee Athletics (Jan–March), Netball (April–June), Soccer (April–June), and Cross Country (April–Sept), with three practices per week for an hour in the afternoons. You'll also join general activities like art, chess, and reading sessions.
Daily life as a volunteer involves guiding students through structured sports practices, and helping them develop skills in sprinting, long-distance running, netball, and more. You'll work closely with eager kids, offering both physical training and mentorship. Your days will be dynamic, filled with a balance of sports, creativity, and meaningful interactions.
