Great Experience

I've been to Taricaya twice, in March 2020 and summer of 2022, and I enjoyed both of my visits despite the first time being when COVID-19 initially hit. The experience that I've had at Taricaya is very unique from anything I've done prior and done since. There are a variety of activities that volunteers will do during their time such as animal feeding, camera traps, cleaning the animal cages, and more. All the activities are interesting and there will be several that will be interesting for a variety of people Additionally, the staff is really supportive and nice. The first time I travelled to Taricaya, I was 16 during March 2020. With my age, the staff and other volunteers were all nice and treated me do different despite being quite a bit younger than the rest.
