About Program

Atlantis is the largest and most reputable pre-health study abroad organization for U.S. undergraduates. What better way to gain public/global health experience than through hands-on opportunities all over Europe and the US! As students complete our Service Research Projects (SRPs), they will work directly with well-esteemed leaders in the health field and have the opportunity to explore the rich culture that our sites have to offer.

Students participate in projects that are impactful to partner host healthcare organizations, such as UNICEF, Roche, and Children's National Hospital. Through learning by doing, students are able to apply complex topics learned in the classroom. All of our projects prepare students for the workforce by involving data-driven research, developing problem-solving frameworks, and communicating answers to professionals.

Since summer of 2021, Atlantis has ran many safe and successful programs throughout the continuance of the COVID-19 pandemic.

This program is currently not being promoted on Go Overseas by its provider. Check with Atlantis (Pre-Health Summer) for the most up-to-date information regarding the status of this program.
