What is your favorite travel memory?

My favorite travel memory was definitely my first time in the U.S! It was in 2016 and I had always wanted to travel there, since I had never been. It was wonderful, and I loved every second of it! I had a great time traveling around different states, exploring new places and enjoying the time with my friends! I went by myself, but I had friends there and so that made it awesome!

How have you changed/grown since working for your current company?

I have grown in many areas! I had already done some of the things that I'm in charge of now for myself and my previous job, as I was self-employed, but being able to see how all of those skills that I've learned throughout the years have finally come together within RVF International has been a very rewarding experience. Also, working with a team has been one the best parts of it. Learning to communicate, working together towards the same goal and having that support is just amazing.

What is the best story you've heard from a return student?

The best story I've heard was definitely from one of our program participants from the previous year. He went to Spain, lived in Madrid and then went back to the U.S, like most of our participants. Months later, he reached out to us to do the program with us, AGAIN! That was just such great confirmation for us! The fact that he chose us for his experience in Spain again for a second time gives me so much confidence that we are on the right track!
If you could go on any program that your company offers, which one would you choose and why?
I would definitely choose the Teach Abroad program in Spain. Why? Because we literally do everything for you! We guide you every step of the way, we support you throughout your process to get there and during your time in Spain, we provide you with an amazing community of like-minded people and you are never alone in your journey! We check in with you, we give you exclusive resources to make your transition smooth and stress-free! I mean, we really do try our best to go above and beyond for you!

What makes your company unique? When were you especially proud of your team?

Our company is unique because of our high standard of excellence. We are not perfect, but we really do our best to provide the best service possible. We are different because we are very involved with our program participants, we take care of them, we listen to them and we make their transition to Spain as smooth and stress-free as possible.

What do you believe to be the biggest factor in being a successful company?

I believe the biggest factor in being a successful company is putting the people you serve first. Making sure you are taking care of them, making sure you build trust and not leave them up to themselves is key. It is simple, but many companies don't do that. It is hard work, but it pays off because if the people you're serving are happy, that's what makes everything work well!
