Choate Rosemary Hall

Choate Rosemary Hall, a college preparatory boarding school located in Wallingford, Connecticut, has been offering language immersion summer programs for high school students since the late 1970s. Choate Rosemary Hall’s five–week Summer Study Abroad programs in France, China, or Spain, or four-week program in Jordan, emphasize intensive language study and cultural immersion. Our academic enrichment courses taught by Choate Rosemary Hall faculty members and homestay experiences allow high school-age students to improve their interpersonal, interpretive, and presentational communication skills. Choate Rosemary Hall also offers a four-week program in Ireland where students live with host families and experience Irish culture first hand. In addition to great academic study programs, students may participate in a unique service-learning program in Rwanda focused on developing well-rounded leadership skills.
