What is your favorite travel memory?

When we are going out for doing the coral reef restoration. After having a class session everyday, we also practice the skill underwater. This moment is my favorite because we will start to check the area of coral reef, install our structure into damaged area, looking for the baby coral for transplanting and doing coral transplantation on our structure.

How have you changed/grown since working for your current company?

I started working in Blue Corner as a Marine Biologist and Divemaster. Blue Corner encourage me to learn more about coral reef. Blue Corner provide the facility to learn about marine biology such as classroom, book, and conservation networking. Blue Corner also assist me to submit the PADI Instructor scholarship.

What is the best story you've heard from a return student?

Coral transplantation is the favorite activity of the student. They love to see the progress of the coral that they previously transplanted. It is the diving experience that not every dive center can provide. The students love to do diving and also happy to contribute saving the coral reef ecosystem.

If you could go on any program that your company offers, which one would you choose and why?

It is Conservation Program because I have a education background, experience in Marine Science and also Dive Instructor certification. In that program, I can combine the knowledge about conservation with the diving skill then sharing to the student how to combine it effectively. As a trainer in conservation program, it help me also to keep learning about marine conservation especially coral reef.

What makes your company unique? When were you especially proud of your team?

We are not only a dive center that provide dive trips and dive courses. The owner of Blue Corner also Marine Biologist that passionate about saving the marine ecosystem. Not only we use the healthy coral reef for our profit but also we try to maintain the coral reef health so then the business and the environment can survive sustainably.

What do you believe to be the biggest factor in being a successful company?

Team work. Our company is consist of some people that have different role. The team work will help the staff to work easier, and comfortably. By working together, we can showing positive vibes and supporting each other to get a better quality of service toward the guest that coming. By working as a team, we can solve a problem better and faster.
