Norway Culture Representative Program

The Cultural Representative Program is a 12-month experience that offers participants the opportunity to work and learn from one of the world's leading entertainment companies. Here, participants can share their culture and customs with guests who visit the Walt Disney World® Resort from around the world. This program plays an important role in helping us create immersive experiences and transport guests to another place. To qualify for this program, you must authentically represent one of the countries or regions that we've recreated at our resorts, pavilions, and theme parks: Mexico, Norway, China, Germany, Italy, the United States, Japan, Morocco, France, United Kingdom and Canada.

This is a paid program. In addition to working directly with Disney leaders and creating lifelong friendships, participants can also earn an hourly wage that varies depending on their role.
