Transformative Rotational Internship Program in Minneapolis

Telos is a year long rotational internship program in Minneapolis, MN. Young adults will partake in three distinct internships broken up by two weeks of in classroom learning and reflection time. The focus of Telos is self discovery with curriculum designed to provide students with structured reflection time and real life learning skills. Each young adult has their choice of paid internships depending on what they are interested in, during the program the young adults will come together as a cohort once a week to discuss their experiences and partake in activities as a team. The year will be capped off with a celebratory two week international travel experience. Telos' goal is for young adults to leave the program with a clear understanding of what they do and do not like and a clear path to get where they want to go.
